Great service, picked up and dropped off atour hotel. The elephants are so cute! They roam freely when there are no guests and very well taken care of!Our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable and spoke well too! They served us bottled water and watermelon! It is truly an experience of a lifetime! I’ll definitely come back here again to see/ visit the elephants!

No love for the elephants at all. They were hit with a stick and pulled by their ears. Some of them were chained.

Feed, bathe and hang out with elephants – guided by their super friendly caretakers. Absolutely must visit! It’s about an hour’s drive from Krabi centre, so plan accordingly.

Nice place. Possibility to feed the elephants and bathe with them. Very friendly service. The guide speaks decent English (although with a strong accent).

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was a beautiful location. No one could answer any questions about the elephants though. There were other elephants on site that were chained up but the people working said they belonged to a different sanctuary. The handler moved the elephant but the ear. I do get that they need to be handled somehow and they weren’t aggressive with them at all. During the bath the elephant stopped wanting to be in the water and the handlers let it do what it wanted so that was good. No riding that I could tell. The staff was really nice

It was a really nice experience. We have chosen for this place because we believed it will be friendly for the elephants (because there is no riding). And indeed everyone is friendly against the elephants! The experience starts with feeding, than a little play with the elephants and it ends with elephant bathing. The guides are really friendly. They take a lot of nice pictures and videos of you, and guide you through a nice tour.

Excellent elephant sanctuary. Great staff and the elephants are happy and friendly. No riding the elephants which is great. You can tell the elephants are well taken of. When we went, there were a few elephants on site, but they do have more. The trainers spend quality time taking care of the elephants and you can feel and see the bond they have with the animals. Very cool experience. I recommend this sanctuary over any location that allows riding or making the elephants perform tricks. We got the opportunity to give the elephants a mud bath and bathe them in the nearby river. We learned a lot of great information about elephants and how they take care of them so well. We got to feed the elephants and pose for pictures with them. The elephants were gentle and happy. Very kid friendly location. I would highly recommend this location! If you do any tourist excursions in Krabi, be sure to include this experience. Absolutely wonderful experience.

The people working there are friendly and nice they make you feel comfortable with the elephants. My only negative point is that at the time we went there there was no guide or someone who speaks English that we could ask about the elephants.
